Risk-Free Info Session for Depression Recovery is January 20, 6:30 p.m. The NM SuperFit Family Challenge program will take place starting January 19, 2010, 5:45-8:00 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center at Wyoming and Academy. This program is great for families of grade school-aged children and will help you learn how to eat healthy, and be active- together.

The next CHIP program is scheduled to start April 8, 2010. Plan now to join 50,000 CHIP Alumni and be Healthy by Choice, not by Chance! Risk-Free information sessions will take place in late March.
